взаимозаменяемость любых финансовых инструментов или товаров; (понятие, характеризующее способ хранения ценных бумаг в центральном депозитарии (ЦД) или у иного финансового посредника, при котором каждый выпуск из некоторого количества выпусков документарных или дематериализованных ценных бумаг хранится в отдельном пуле, причем ни один владелец не имеет права на какую-либо конкретную документарную или бездокументарную бумагу в конкретном пуле, а только право на определенное количество подобных бумаг, указанное на его счете депо в центральном депозитарии)
